Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. This is by far the best apartment I have ever had. The community is always very quiet and pleasant, and I feel very safe. One of the best things about the apartment is the maintenance. I've just signed my lease for another year, and have lived at Arbor Lakes for quite awhile. I have found this to be one of the best apartment complexes. They care!! That's the bottom line! They care about how the grounds look. They care how the buildings are maintained. Any maintenance issues have been quickly resolved, and the office staff are always helpful. I live in one of the older buildings, next to the office, and I find it very quiet...I love calling Arbor Lakes home! - Bill
