Arbor Lakes and other Edward Rose communities are one of the best values in the apartment industry with the gas utility for cooking and heating and hot water included in the reasonably competitive rent. The apartment are clean and well maintained with thoughtful floor plans. They have very good maintenance at this complex. We are retirees and hope that it remains affordable for us to stay here. - Verified Resident

The entire office staff are all very professional, curteous and friendly. Every interaction has been a good experience. They are informative and considerate and quick to answer my questions. I have had no complaints, but one or two service needs were addressed by the maintenance staff quickly and efficiently. I only have good things to say about living in Arbor Lakes and I recammend them if you appreciate good reviews. - William

This is by far the best apartment I have ever had. The community is always very quiet and pleasant, and I feel very safe. One of the best things about the apartment is the maintenance. I've just signed my lease for another year, and have lived at Arbor Lakes for quite awhile. I have found this to be one of the best apartment complexes. They care!! That's the bottom line! They care about how the grounds look. They care how the buildings are maintained. Any maintenance issues have been quickly resolved, and the office staff are always helpful. I live in one of the older buildings, next to the office, and I find it very quiet...I love calling Arbor Lakes home! - Bill
